It was a chilly winter evening in 2011 when I stumbled upon a thrilling drama film on Dailymotion - "Straw Dogs". The movie, directed by Sean Connery's friend and fellow Scot, Tom Harper, had flown under my radar until then. I had been browsing through the video-sharing platform, searching for something to watch, when the title caught my eye.
As I clicked on the video, I was immediately drawn into the world of David Sumner, a mild-mannered American writer played by James Marsden.
